Careers

There is a comprehensive Careers Education and Guidance programme, with close links to both ISCO (Independent Schools Careers Organisation) and Cheshire Careers Guidance Partnership, the local careers service. Careers lessons take place from Year 9 where their own capabilities, option choices and possible careers are discussed. In Year 11, all pupils undergo psychometric tests organised by ISCO to help them through their career planning. At that stage, they also receive help and advice to aid their smooth transition to the most appropriate post 16 courses and establishments.
